Which channels can a workflow send messages through?
Email, SMS, Zalo OA and ZNS, Facebook page messages and any channel connected to the shared inbox. Each step picks its own channel.
What if I set it up wrong? Will customers get random messages?
Test with a sample contact before switching on. While it's running you can still pause, edit or stop a workflow at any time.
Do SMS and Zalo ZNS messages in workflows cost extra?
