Partnership questions
Does it cost anything to join the partner program?
Applying and the first conversations are free. The terms of each program are set out in the partnership agreement before you sign.
How are commissions and discounts calculated?
The exact terms depend on the program and the scale of the partnership; they are discussed when you apply and written into the agreement. NEXT does not publish one standard rate on the website.
I've never implemented software before. Can I still become a partner?
Yes. In the referral program, the NEXT team handles consulting, demos and implementation. For agencies, the NEXT team trains you on implementation before you start work for clients.
Do an agency’s clients get support directly from NEXT?
The agency is the client's main point of contact. NEXT gives the agency technical support, and clients can look things up in the Vietnamese-language Help Center.
