How are bank QR payments confirmed automatically?
Customers scan the QR code on the invoice or payment page to transfer. When the money arrives, NEXT OS matches it and marks the invoice paid. The NEXT team helps you connect the account during onboarding.
Does NEXT OS issue VAT e-invoices?
Invoices in NEXT OS are for billing customers and collecting payment. VAT e-invoices are still issued through your own e-invoice provider.
Can I accept international cards?
Yes, through Stripe or PayPal from the Professional plan. Transaction fees are charged by the payment gateway.
Can I send recurring monthly invoices?
Yes. Set up a recurring invoice schedule and the system sends it and reminds customers when payment is due.
