Can I connect a personal Zalo account?
No. NEXT OS connects your business Zalo Official Account (OA). Personal Zalo accounts have no official integration, so they aren't supported.
What do I need to send ZNS messages?
A business Zalo OA and ZNS templates approved by Zalo. ZNS is billed by usage, and NEXT confirms the rate with you before you turn it on.
Which banks work with transfer QR codes?
It depends on the bank you use. The NEXT team checks your account during the consultation, before you sign up, and walks you through setup during onboarding.
Does NEXT OS issue e-invoices?
E-invoicing connects via apps or on request, depending on your provider. Tell the NEXT team which provider you use and we'll advise on the connection.
Does it connect to shipping carriers?
Shipping also connects via apps or on request. For carriers without a ready-made integration, you can use Zapier or webhooks; the NEXT team advises case by case.
