Where are lesson videos stored?
Upload videos straight to NEXT OS; hosting is free within your plan's limits. You don't need separate video hosting.
Can members watch on their phones?
Yes. The member portal works well on mobile, and members pick up right where they left off.
Can I charge for community access?
Yes. Communities can be free or paid. The number of paid communities depends on your plan: 5 on Starter, 10 on Professional, unlimited on Growth.
Do I have to grant access by hand after payment?
No. When a course is attached to a checkout page, customers get access and a login email as soon as they pay.
Can the member portal use my own domain?
Yes. Add your own domain plus your logo and brand colors. The NEXT team shows you how to set up the domain during onboarding.
